A new addition to the 2020 event, The Buzz is a dedicated space for knowledge exchange, group discussion and networking with a focus on current events, issues and trends impacting the US beverage alcohol market. Sessions are moderated by Advisory Board members, creating an opportunity for information sharing in an informal setting. The Buzz will cover the following topics: laws and distribution, tariffs, spirits and consumption trends.

Wine Trade Monitor 2019 by Sopexa

Sopexa presents the findings of the Wine Trade Monitor, now in its eighth year. This international and prospective survey provides an exclusive trade insight into wine trends and forecasts across the globe. Seven markets are surveyed, each a major player in the world wine industry: Belgium, China – Mainland, China – Hong Kong, Germany, mainland China, Japan, the UK and the USA. 984 importers, wholesalers and retailers took part in the survey and shared their vision on the evolution of the market and future trends set to impact sales over the next two-year period. During the Buzz session we will focus on the results for US market and discuss what seems to be the coming trends from the 107 american wine trade respondents.
