Founder of the Czech Sommeliers Association in 1997. Martin started to work with wine in 1975 at Hotel InterContinental in Prague. During his work stays at Hotel InterContinental in London and Stuttgart, Martin developed and deepened skills how to use and understand wine in gastronomy. Member of the jury at competitions for sommeliers, organized by International Association of Sommeliers.
Martin is also appointed as the official sommelier for international competitions organized by International Organization of Vine and Wine.
