Moravia is producing some of the most interesting wines in the world right now, so come and learn about wines from this region of the Czech Republic. This country is not producing wine for the glamour - people in this region produce true, natural, old world wine. Moravia’s position on the 49th parallel puts it at the same latitude as renowned wine regions such as Alsace and Champagne. This “new old-world” region has been making wine since Marcus Aurelius and his legions battled during the Roman wars. Very little is available or distributed in the US so take this opportunity to try them for yourself.
