Tenute Olbios is run by its owner Daniela Pinna, who carries on the family wine-making tradition with passion and dedication. Situated in the region of the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, the winery operates with a highly sustainable approach in respect of the environment. While committing to preserve the environment and the traditional cultivation techniques, we embrace modernity and technology through constant research and development.
Unique, elegant and with a personal touch. All the winemaking processes are done within the estate and only using grapes from our own vineyard.
Daniela is also the oenologist of Tenute Olbios, she takes care of all the different steps of the production, making sure that the wines preserve the authenticity of the grapes and the complexity of the varietal characteristics.
Wines are 100% vegan, subject to very minimal and natural filtrations, the amount of sulfite used is very low.
